Ways to Earn

  • +100 points — Sign-up bonus, instant welcome gift
  • 1 point per AED — On every eligible purchase
  • Half points — On Tamara / Tabby installment orders

When Points Are NOT Earned

  • Products already on discount or sale
  • Shipping fees
  • When paying with a loyalty redemption voucher (no double-dipping)

Redemption Terms

  • Minimum redemption: 200 points = AED 10
  • Maximum redemption per order: 30% of the order value
  • Points are personal and non-transferable

Refunds & Returns

  • If an order is fully refunded, all points awarded for that order are removed automatically
  • For partial refunds, points are deducted proportionally

Program Rules

  • Points are awarded once your order is confirmed (no waiting period)
  • Wallet balance cannot be exchanged for cash
  • TaraPet reserves the right to modify the program at any time
